Short it may be but the action more than makes up for it! I loved it.
I liked the story, but I hate that it is essentially a short story in series of short stories... I particularly dislike "to be continued" stories!!!! Aargh!
I enjoyed the story and assorted characters. None of them gel just yet but is probably because the story is so short. I will be reading the next one.
I just finished reading a different story by this author, which I loved. This one is such a let down. It's so awkwardly written it's missing words, goes from sounding formal to informal within a few sentences, feels rushed, and... it's just badly written. I didn't make it past the first few pages. I'll have to debate whether to read more from this author or not.
